The expo received participation from 135 exhibitors and welcomed 11,678 visitors from 11 countries and 475 Indian cities who engaged in business interactions.

Organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fair India Pvt Ltd, the expo saw the leading players in the industry displaying impactful product solutions in indoor and outdoor branding and advertising, signs and signage, LED displays and many more.

Media Expo New Delhi 2025 witnessed an exciting lineup of new product launches that highlighted innovation across the signage and display spectrum. KAN Universal introduced its Transparent LED Wall, designed for retail spaces, architectural façades and event stages. Monotech Systems Ltd unveiled the Pixeljet Orbit, a versatile printer catering to industries such as advertising, décor, packaging and art, with the unique ability to print on diverse materials including acrylic, glass, wood, MDF, steel, foam boards and paper. Adding to the visual appeal, Printon launched the Squencer for eye-catching displays, along with showcasing its range of Blockout, Clipon and LED Letters as well as innovative tabletop solutions.

Besides new launches and exciting product displays, Media Expo New Delhi also hosted an exclusive three-day Live-Wrap Masterclass, powered by 3M and Infinity Trade Marketing Solutions (ITMS) India Private Limited. It engaged visitors with experts demonstrating the latest techniques in vehicle and fleet branding. The masterclass delved into topics right from selecting the appropriate materials to flawless applications and creating impactful wraps that drive success in OOH and transit media. The Live-wrap Masterclass was a standout on all three days of the Media Expo.

The show saw some homegrown brands that are doing well in exports, among them, Colorjet India, which was the first company to start a Roland dealership in India and have been representing them since. Mr Aditya Dadu, Vice President, Colorjet India Ltd opined: “We have been in this industry for three decades now. We export our solvent inkjet printers to about 40 countries all over the globe. Together with the Media Expo, we have gone beyond just delivering solutions to the signage industry and have opened our doors to the home décor, wallpapers, glass, metals and industrial goods for marking and digitisation. We met many new prospective customers.

Over its 56 editions, Media Expo has witnessed many growth stories unfolding across Mumbai, New Delhi and Chennai. The New Delhi edition saw the second generation of many legacy brands representing their businesses successfully. A small take on their thoughts and their visions for the future brought out interesting insights.

Mr Raj Mehta, COO, Mehta Hitech Industries, has plans to improve client servicing through a dedicated mobile application, which can take grievances online. He believes in keeping their legacy relationships intact.  He expressed: “What I would like to transform is the mindset of the customers. It involves shifting focus towards more systematic operations and the way they carry out machine maintenance. In the new approach, we plan to bring an app that ensures the machine performs longer and uses the latest tech. The overall experience of the new arrivals created a strong impression among customers.”

Mr Shaurya Negi, Partner, Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co., another young blood in the industry, plans to take the 30-year-old brand, started by his father, to a whole new level. He revealed: “In the era of AI, we observed innovations and new systems being developed. We plan to maintain, grow and evolve the legacy our fathers have built. In this era of new launches, one legacy trait that I want to keep active is to keep introducing something new to this business.”

Mr Aditya Sharma, Director, Aditya Flex, who is the second generation in the business and exhibited for the first time this year, is slowly making an entry into the business with his innovative ideas. He pointed out: “The advertising industry has focused much on outdoor and indoor media. I am keen on taking our business into the online media as well. I want to maintain our goodwill in the industry. I am still studying. So, through the transition, I will see what changes I can make and what legacy I can continue from here. Until now, our business operations have been traditional. I would like it to be more technically sound and professional. This is the first time we have participated in Media Expo New Delhi.”

The visitors had ample opportunity for engagement as the expo presented a wide array of product displays, live demonstrations and more. A visitor from Nagpur, Mr Vikram Sharma, Proprietor, Ashwa Advertising & Events, stated: “We learned about Media Expo from our colleague. We visited first two days to explore new technologies. We appreciate the organisers for effective management from registration to access to the expo and the cafeteria.”

Another visitor at the expo, Mr Vishal Verma, Maa Laxmi Traders, shared: “We have seen in the past that the events organised by Messe Frankfurt are rich. As a visitor, we have all the facilities needed in an expo. All kinds of materials, right from small to large machines and tools needed, were displayed in the expo. We will be happy to visit the upcoming editions as well.”

Exhibitors and visitors also pointed out the presence of larger stalls this edition and lauded the wide aisles, which are becoming smaller in the industry.
